We reserve the right to terminate access to the service at any time if these Terms are violated. Obligations already incurred shall survive termination.
Article 17 — Cancellation
A cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at: kontakt.ewige.seide@gmail.com — Transaction fees cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Article 18 — Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 15 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at kontakt.ewige.seide@gmail.com with your order number. Once confirmed, you have 15 days to return the products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment—via the same payment method used for the original order.

Refusal of package: In the event of a refusal without a noted anomaly, a €25 (incl. VAT) return fee will be deducted from the refund. If an anomaly with the packaging or product is noted, ewige-seide.de will bear the return costs.
Article 19 — Refunds
In the event of a product return, refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the product or upon presentation of proof of shipment—whichever occurs first—via the same payment method used for the order. Gift cards will be refunded exclusively in the form of store vouchers. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Article 20 — Complaints and Delivery Issues
Marked as delivered but not received: First contact the carrier with your tracking number. Possible causes: incorrect address, accepted by neighbors, technical error in the tracking system. If the carrier's investigation is inconclusive, the package is considered lost. Claim processing takes up to 15 days. If the loss is due to a carrier error, we will refund your order in full. No refund will be issued if the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
Address change: Errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we can no longer guarantee a change.
Non-delivery after 40 days: Contact us at kontakt.ewige.seide@gmail.com with your name, order number, and shipping address.
Article 21 — Legal Warranties
Products sold on ewige-seide.de are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from the date of purchase) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Under a warranty claim, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
