Refund policy
1 — Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days from receipt of your order, without giving any reason. For orders containing multiple items, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last product. This right applies to customers residing in the European Union, as well as in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia, insofar as applicable national law provides for it.

Once your request has been confirmed, you have 15 days to return the products.
Note regarding hygiene items: Products such as satin bonnets, silk pillowcases, and sleep masks may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If the goods have lost value due to excessive handling, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund amount.
2 — Return Conditions
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer. ewige-seide.de does not cover return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
We recommend sending the parcel with tracking and including a copy of the proof of purchase. No restocking fees apply.
The returned product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
3 — Refunds
Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving the returned goods or upon presentation of proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
4 — Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different item, please return the product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
5 — Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible: kontakt.ewige.seide@gmail.com
Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider may not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
6 — Delivery Delays or Lost Parcels
Refund requests due to delivery delays will be processed after 6 weeks from the shipping date. If the carrier officially declares the parcel lost before the end of this period, the refund will be issued within 10 days of confirmation. If the parcel has still not been delivered after 6 weeks, it will be considered lost and you may request a refund.
